Clan Rules
§1 Admission to the clan:
You should meet the following requirements:
Minimum age: 16 years (except Fortnite from 14 years).

Accepting the Clan Rules
Membership can be made informally with the respective game master or the clan instructions. If the respective game master agrees, you will first be accepted as a trial member. The probationary period (trial period) is basically one month, but can be shortened or extended as required. During the trial period, you actively participate in clan life and we monitor your clan activities, e.g. B. the online times, the team spirit and the game behavior. At the end of the trial period, the game master decides, in coordination with the clan instructions, about your admission to the clan and informs the clan about new members.
Members who are under the age of 18 may only join the clan with the consent of a legal guardian. This is confirmed with a signature of the legal guardian.
§2 Organization
The clan leadership is perceived by Downator_SBC, supported by Treewy_SBC and Bonsi_SBC forms the clan leadership. You have unlimited decision-making rights in all clan matters. If necessary, they consult other people you trust for individual decisions. For each game, the clan management appoints a game master and, if necessary, a deputy. Each game master or his representative leads your "team" independently.
§3 Registration and player name
To manage the clan, all members must register on the homepage. After joining, members can choose their player name (nickname) freely. The addition "SBC'" is a welcome addition as a clan code. If a member wants to change his nickname in exceptional cases, the game master must agree to the change and inform the clan instructions. The full nickname must always be changed in the member list.
§4 Behavior
Behavior within the clan and towards other clans should be age appropriate, friendly and fair. We do not tolerate insults, abuse or baseless accusations. Likewise, discrimination, racism and xenophobia have no place with us and lead to consequences that can lead to exclusion from the clan. Always be aware that with the clan abbreviation "SBC" in front of your nickname you represent the clan to the outside world. All clan members are equal regardless of their skill or skill level. Having fun together is the priority.
§5 Active or Inactive
Every member should be online at least once a week. Longer absences (holidays, family or professional matters, etc.) should be reported to the game master or the clan leadership. If someone is absent without notice for more than a month, their status will be set to "inactive" and removed from the list of members after three months.
§6 Confidentiality
Confidential things, in particular access data / passwords for the homepage, etc., must not be passed on to unauthorized persons.
§7 clan costs
Membership is chargeable. The homepage, real live events, social media and tournaments cause considerable costs, which we finance through membership fees.
Membership in our clan costs 100.-Fr per year.
If you leave early, no fee will be refunded.
§8 Manipulation/cheating
Anyone who cheats in any way or uses programming errors to their advantage will be immediately excluded from the clan. We don't have room for that. If we lose, it's with decency and dignity.
§9 Information obligation
Both clan homepage and social media accounts should be visited regularly to be informed about news and changes.
§10 Membership in other clans
If a member of the SwissBamClan is also a member of other clans, exceptions can be made in individual cases, provided the game is not the same. These must then be agreed beforehand with the game master or the clan instructions.
§11 Advertising
Self-promotion is prohibited in the clan because it violates the principles of a club.
Our clan would like to present itself as a unit to the outside world.
§12 Consent
Every member of the clan, as well as everyone who wants to be included as a trial member, agrees to the above rules without exception. These are binding for everyone and are assumed to be known. If this is not the case, there is no need to apply for membership. A rule violation is followed by the first warning, if the rule is violated again, the second warning, with an additional discussion with the clan leadership and the game master. On the third violation comes a
1-month clan timeout to turn. If there is another or particularly serious violation, you will be excluded from the clan.
§13 Final Remark
With all the rules, one should not forget that Call of Duty, Battlefield, Need for Speed, etc. are just games and have nothing to do with real life, so they should be seen as such and only as such. We wish you a lot of fun while gambling
