CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

Each customer is only entitled to maintain one customer account. We reserve the right to delete multiple registrations and to warn or terminate customers who violate these provisions or to delete or change content.
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
You can select individual goods from the online shop and collect them in an electronic shopping cart by clicking the “Add to shopping cart” button. An order that is binding for you only comes about when you have entered all the data required for the execution of the contract, confirmed that you are aware of these terms and conditions and clicked on the “Buy” button. You can change your order and the data given for your order at any time before you click on this button.
After placing your order, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation of receipt of your order by e-mail. In this acknowledgment of receipt, the details of your order are listed again. If you have not already printed out and/or otherwise saved the data of your order during the ordering process, we advise you to print out and save this e-mail. PAYMENT METHODS PURCHASE BY CREDIT CARD
For billing, we need your credit card number and credit card security number, the name of the bank and the period of validity. The settlement with the credit card company takes place as soon as the goods have left our premises. Returned goods will be debited immediately and sent to the credit card company for credit.
PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL
You can also pay us safely and easily via PayPal. At the end of the ordering process you will be forwarded directly to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment. The settlement with Paypal takes place as soon as the goods have left our house. Returned goods will be credited immediately upon receipt and sent to PayPal for credit on the same working day. Please note that as long as a dispute is open with PayPal, no refund can be given.

Returns The return address is always on the delivery note that you received with your goods. We have different warehouse locations depending on the product. SHIPPING COSTS SHARE
